IS THIS WHAT THEY DIED FOR?

When I look at the father's that passed the faith down to us with how distracted we have been I began to wonder is this what the men of old died for?



Columba a saint of old

In one account, Columba instructed the monks to remain behind as he went out to the fields. One young monk followed him, curious as to why Columba wished to be alone.
The young man hid behind a small hill and as Columba entered the field he raised his hands in the air in worship and suddenly many angels came and gathered around him. After a conference with them, Columba turned away and the angels went back to heaven. The curious young monk ran as quickly as he could back to the monastery.
When Columba returned, he sent for the young man and severely rebuked him and charged him to tell no one what he had seen until after his (Columba’s) death
as I look at these men and our generation 

A believer that cannot tame his belly, eating carelessly as if he has no burden. When you eat burden, you can't eat like a mortal men.

Burdens has the capacity to steal sleep from your eyes and food from your mouth therefore if you eat & sleep anyhow you lack burden.

When you ignore the burdens of heaven God ignores you.

When you drink responsibility, you can't reason in the order of the flesh. 

A believer that cannot tame sleep, has uncontrollable sleeping manner, even at the heat of an encounter you sleep heavily.

Ask yourself is this the faith saints of old died for? 

A generation of passion without power, burning without bearing, having desire without going higher,

Soaked with excuse & laziness, that when they ask you in the next 20 years where were you when men where paying the price you will still have something to tell them and back it up with scriptures so it sounds spiritual.

Under the cloths of unseriousness & secret sins

Do you know if you remove many student from their school environment their fire would go down, they can't reproduce at home what they appear to be in school.

Is this the same faith they laboured in sweat & blood for that they still beg you to be active in God's vineyard? 

Is this the best you can do to the body of Christ ? They gave beyond just possessions they gave their life so you could meet the faith but with they way you handle the faith
